Prior to joining KDCR Partners, Julia worked as a press secretary and legislative assistant for U.S. Congressman Mike Simpson (R-ID), a campaign communications manager for State Representative Wendy Horman (R-ID), and a communications consultant for a university policy team and a host of clients in the private sector. Her work was instrumental in securing wins on the campaign trail and millions of dollars for state priorities in federal appropriations packages. Julia has a bachelor’s degree in communications from Brigham Young University and a master’s degree in business management and leadership from Western Governors University.
